FreeRTOS+FAT is already in use in commercial products and we encourage you to try it yourself. Be aware however that FreeRTOS+FAT was acquired by Real Time Engineers Ltd., and is still being documented and updated to ensure it meets our strict quality standards. Please use the forum for support, or contact us directly if you have a specific business interest.

Basic stdio API tests
FreeRTOS+TCP and FreeRTOS+FAT Examples

Some FreeRTOS+FAT demo projects make use of the vStdioWithCWDTest() function to perform some basic sanity tests on the embedded FAT file system, using the standard stdio API.

vStdioWithCWDTest() is implemented in /FreeRTOS-Plus/Demo/Common/FreeRTOS_Plus_FAT_Demos/test/ff_stdio_tests_with_cwd.c, its implementation can serve as a useful reference.
