When you say "I have used timer of RX62N", I presume you mean a hardware timer, although you don't say what you are using the timer for (maybe the RTOS ticks?). Then you talk about RTOS timers in timers.c - these are software timers, and not related to the hardware. They don't use any other features of the hardware other than the RTOS tick for timing. Perhaps you could try and give more detail? Look to see what timer FreeRtos is using, then look at the timer YOUR using... It will be obvious if you have a conflict! As a real time programmer, you MUST know the integration and utilization of the hardware and software resources! If not, you will be inefficient in your job...
