tracecon utility for rtos

dear all,
I am new to freertos. i want to port freertos on by Imbuent 8051 board. i want to use tracecon utility, want to know following:
1. how to generate tab delimited file which will be used by tracecon in above mentioned scenario.

2. Is there any simulator on windows which can simulate freertos API.
please help me

I recently attempted to get FreeRTOS running on a SiLabs 8051 board, using SDCC-2.9.0. I didn't have much luck. I understand that earlier versions of SDCC worked better.

I don't know how to generate the tab-delimited file you mention, but SDCC includes an 8051 simulator that -- I imagine -- would be able to run a FreeRTOS program if you could get it compiled. The simulator is called uCSim. I don't know the exact relationship between the SDCC project and the simulator developers, but you can find more information at either:
