CCS Port for MSP430F5438

Posted by hugodan on March 15, 2011
Hi,
I am running in quite some difficulties when trying to get FreeRTOS to run on CCS. Simply speaking, the programm dies in the setup routines written in Assembler ( the task setup routines ) . I am aware of the MSP430X issue with extended address range and have also seen other people with similar issues. Who has a concrete pointer of some inofficial ports for Rowley for MSP430X ? Can that port be made official in FreeRTOS somedays ? It would be most appreciated.

Best regards.

Is this a different request to this one, or just co-incidental?

Regards.

Hi,
having seen that prior request - could you be just a little bit more precise, please - do you have pointers to unofficial ports, could you provide a port and/or what would it take to release the port. Or would you be able to port in regards to the commercially OpenRTOS / SafeRTOS releases. Apologies if I am giving you a hard time.

Thanks.
