I was just wondering if there is going to be a port of FreeRTOS for the PIC16F193X series from Microchip, although I see they have some very limited RAM (<= 1000bytes).

RE: PIC16F193X FreeRTOS supportPosted by Richard on September 4, 2009 It is safe to say there are currently no plans for FreeRTOS to (officially) support the PIC16. PIC18 is a bit of a struggle. PIC24, dsPIC and PIC32 on the other hand all have official support.
Regards.
