I want to run the system on cortex-m3(LPC1788).
Thanks in advance.
RE: GUI solution for FreeRTOS?Posted by woops_ on September 5, 2011 SWIM works with LPC1788. It is not just for FreeRTOS. http://ics.nxp.com/support/documents/microcontrollers/zip/an10815.zip
RE: GUI solution for FreeRTOS?Posted by Grissiom on September 5, 2011 Thanks woops_ . But SWIM is just a LCD driver. Is there any _GUI_(window, button, event handling, etc.) ;P
RE: GUI solution for FreeRTOS?Posted by Juha on September 6, 2011 I never got into actually doing that, but I once considered Nano-X (http://www.microwindows.org/) with either TinyWidgets (http://tinywidgets.sourceforge.net/) or EmTK (http://www.emsoftltd.com/products/listing/emtk_content.htm). Please let us know your experiences with whatever system you go with.
RE: GUI solution for FreeRTOS?Posted by vande029 on September 6, 2011 It's not free or open source, but we've been using easyGUI ( http://www.easygui.com) to handle our UI work and are pretty happy with it. Their user forum is rather sparse, but their actual end-user e-mail support is great as long as you don't mind waiting a few hours since they're based out of Denmark and don't offer 24-hour support.
